This coffee comes from the legendary region of Sidamo, in the highlands of Ethiopia, considered the birthplace of coffee.
Here the coffee tree grows surrounded by history, tradition and biodiversity, giving beans with a unique personality.
Being a selection of Heirloom varieties native to the area, this coffee offers an aromatic complexity that is
hard to find in other origins.

Flavour Profile

This washed-process Sidamo stands out for its delicacy and clarity in the cup. When ground, it releases highly
expressive floral and citrus aromas. On the palate it is light, refined and vibrant, with notes reminiscent of lemon,
bergamot and a subtle touch of jasmine. A sophisticated, fresh and elegant coffee, ideal for anyone looking for a
sensory experience full of nuance.
