The Spirit of the Highlands

This coffee comes from the region of Nyamagabe, where the hillsides of Rwanda rise to 2,200 metres.
The name “Ingagi” (gorilla in the local language) pays tribute to the strength and elegance of the wildlife of its mountains.
It is a bean with body and character, the result of high-altitude cultivation and an impeccable washing process that
guarantees exceptional purity.

Flavour Profile

Being a Bourbon variety grown at high altitude, this bean offers a clean, sweet and vibrant cup.
When ground, you will find aromas reminiscent of red fruits and black tea, with a long, very elegant
citrus finish that refreshes the palate.
