The Balance of Los Santos

This coffee comes from the prestigious region of Los Santos Tarrazú, one of the areas of Costa Rica best known for
the quality of its coffees. Sourced from the La Pastora mill, it combines tradition, altitude and volcanic soils to
give a balanced, clean bean full of nuance. It is a very representative expression of the excellence of
Costa Rican coffee growing.

Flavour Profile

This washed-process Tarrazú stands out for its balance and smoothness. When ground, it gives off a sweet and
comforting fragrance. In the cup it offers a creamy body, with a sweetness reminiscent of caramel and milk chocolate,
harmonised by a fine citrus acidity of orange. A rounded, pleasant coffee, very easy to enjoy at any time of day.
