The origins of Cafés Mokasol
Cafés Mokasol S.L. is a Málaga-based company with over 25 years of experience in the sector. Our main activity is the importing of green coffee from a range of origins, which we then roast and package for sale, alongside other products we distribute (sugar, infusions, cocoa, etc.) mainly to businesses in the hospitality trade.
The green bean process begins with an inspection of the raw material, where quality is assessed and the batch is approved for roasting.

Roasting is done by hand, giving each roast the time it deserves, with the greatest care and attention, and daily — which means we never store roasted coffee, so it never loses its aroma or its properties. This is how we achieve a freshly roasted coffee that keeps all its qualities of aroma, acidity and flavour intact.
The blending of the product follows, according to its range, and continues with packaging for distribution.
